Ah, I've been waiting for this. I was totally ready to write this one off for OOO - he has a very wide range of powers and combos that massively dwarf Kabuto, who is, after all, pretty much just a martial artist who occasionally pulls out a gun. This should be a total curbstomp, especially with Super TaToBa being able to stop time and completely cancel out Clock Up/Hyper Clock Up.

Matrixbeast countered that transformation is a free action and, honestly, in that fight he was right. But then I thought about who OOO would almost certainly be fighting in the finals. And that made me pause.

You see, the thing with all the Riders since Kiva is that they've had to swap around items in their belts. In most of their cases they just pull something out of hammer space and jam it in, but OOO was always shown grabbing the medals (usually from a conveniently located variation on Ryosuke Miura) and then putting them in the belt. Of all the recent Riders this always had the most lag time. Granted, this was usually only a few seconds, but it takes noticeably longer than it does for Kabuto to smack his hip. And, as one of the last fully self-contained Riders, that's all he needs to do to activate Clock Up.

So basically I see the fight going like this (and please excuse the bad color, I was too lazy to grab my good lamp and all but the first shot came out badly tinted):













Yeah, that's kind of cheap and dirty, but anyone who's watched Kabuto tell me that that's not exactly how Tendou would play this fight.

OOO may have the far greater advantage in terms of, well, everything, but if Kabuto is able to steal his medals (and I'm assuming Eiji is carrying them for a change - if Miura is off to the side tossing them in this gets even more unfair) then he's just stuck with TaToBa form (this fight is apparently post-MegaMax, so the PuToTyra medals are no longer inside Eiji). TaToBa OOO vs. Kabuto, possibly with the Hyper Zecter? Yeah, I'm calling that one for Kabuto.

tl;dr: Kabuto trolls his way to victory.
