Yeah any guy with a common sense would've dull the pointy visor, if it's for toy reasons. Plus it's not like toys are 100% show accurate, even if it's for Lightning Collection they would not make the visor pointy.

Another stupid is reason is the large cast. If they followed Kyuranger exactly, they only need 5 actual actors while 4 would be suit actors and voiced, which is cheap anyway. Plus Hasbro seems to be willing to pour out money for the series' budget.
