Yes, he's great. The only problem is – seeing him "alone" on the shelf among the other Ultras really makes me wish we would get Titus and Fuma as well, they're not even solicited yet

Yeah. The main Rider is being treated as an entry-way drug by Tamashii. They want to sell it to people who are not normally interested in higher-end collectibles, by giving them one for cheap so they can see if the quality is worth the "normal" price.

Although I must say, including the weapons with the retail release secondary Rider is a vast improvement over including them with the Web-Exclusive bike nobody wants.
