I take it that the RaidRaiser requires a certain amount of "malice" though this show isn't doing a good job at defining what malice is, since the childhood friend is extremely "jealous and protective" and the girl slapped Match because honestly, he really went too savage on her.

The ex-fiance probably just wanted to move on from life. This sort of getting sued shit does tend to kill romance and thoughts of marriage.
