Gonna play devil's advocate here, but I think Yua becoming a Raider makes perfect sense. Remember, ever since the beginning of the ZAIA vs Hiden arc, she's clearly been holding back a lot of feelings, most likely being negative, about her position and place in the whole situation. And people become Raiders because of their negative feelings, right? So Yua's probably got a LOOOOOAD of negative feelings to draw from. I think with her becoming the Jackal Raider we might actually get to see her backstory, since of the three protagonist Riders, only hers isn't known. I'm thinking that she or someone she loves is in debt to Gai, which is why she's still working with him and why she hadn't quit ZAIA yet.

Plus, we've seen how strong Raiders are compared to Shining Assault Hopper and Assault Wolf, and that they're not only able to keep up with those forms, but sometimes outright overwhelm them at times. So being the Jackal Raider might give Yua a big edge, especially considering she's an experienced fighter compared to the past Raiders.
