Yeahhhhh it's kinda weird how Seihou's been avoiding final forms even though it's the Rider's second most iconic form.

Ya know, to add to the debate of OOO's final form, I've always didn't count TaJaDor is a final form simply because the fact that he used a super form to defeat the final enemy makes it a very unique situation compared to how the other Riders defeat their final villain.
