Although Kuuga, Ryuki and Kiva's bikes have alternate forms, think about this; The Revolgarry:
-is a vehicle of itself
-can launch the Harboiler within if it ever breaks down or something.
-has different attachments for the Hardboiler
-is huge, allowing it to knock off other machines off the road.

Then again, it's not that much of a cheat compared to Wizard's WizarDragon or having the ability to freaking teleport via magic.
