Dogranio Yaboon was defeated mostly due to the Lupinrangers stealing his stuff and his old age. Can you imagine if ol' Doggo was in his prime?

Also, Ohma Zi-O HAS to be up there as a strong contender. And because this is tokusatsu in general, I'd like to nominate Godzilla from the Gen Urobouchi anime trilogy. That thing defeated an entire platoon with a mere tail swipe.

EDIT: Yes I realised too late that the anime Godzilla is technically not toku, but still! And while I'm at it, I'd like to add Evolt from Kamen Rider Build, not just for his overwhelming power but also for sheer manipualtive ability.
