Saban Era II adapted this with a TV Game show twist (Galaxy Warriors)

Sentai Themes have almost always been subjected to utter obfuscation by Power Rangers. A source of criticism, in its own right, by some who favor Sentai over Power Rangers!

Turbo didn't seem to know whether it wanted to be serious or follow Carranger's parody-like leanings!

Gingaman was on Earth, while Lost Galaxy was in space!

S.P.D. was in the future when Earth joins an intergalactic community, while Dekaranger was about extraterrestrials in the present!

RPM was dark and foreboding while Go-Onger felt more comedic and less serious in tone!

Super Megaforce was about "Earth's Defenders" who respected the Rangers before them while Gokaiger was about Space Pirates who had no knowledge of Sentai and had to learn to respect them and the Earth!
