Sorry, but for "dour", do you refer that for her sorrows throughout the tragedies? Because the term "dour" IMO can encompass antagonistic and insensitive qualities too, like the misantrophic Ren or Nakamura. Besides regarding those 2 women ("treated as adult Hide and Seek"), previously Yui was overly concerned to Shimada, where when she went "BSOD" after merely typing, she had similar reactions to Shinji finding her kidnapped.
