Yeah, I feel like that's definitely possible for the Chronicle line. TaJaDol has a removable tinted-plastic faceplate, with some silver paint on the helmet to help bring out the eyes. It's just a small step from there to the Figure-Rise style, with a mirrored, segmented sticker placed beneath a tinted-plastic eyepiece. It really doesn't take a lot to achieve that signature Kamen Rider Eyes look. I can see them eventually figuring out a cost effective way to do it in Chronicle, maybe rereleasing some SO-DO main Rider forms in upgraded ways, Seihou-style.
