I mean, I've definitely never had a teacher like Kanzaki myself (I mean, has anyone?), but that's part of why I like the story so much. It feels basically like it's saying "the world could use more Kanzakis if it wants more Yuusukes", and I think that's the sentiment that clicked with me so much. That idea of the importance of having good role-models. Introducing the concept that even Kuuga's heroism had to come from somewhere, I don't know, I really like that.

I also definitely want to echo this! You don't need to apologize for having a different opinion! I'm not as good at discussions as Die is, but part of the reason for this thread is talking about how we all feel about Kuuga, and some respectful disagreement is a healthy part of that to have.
