I've only really seen Amazon on the Showa side of things. If we follow their official classification, then also Shin and ZO (I really need to get around to watching J )

I've watched a couple episodes of Kamen Rider thanks to Shout, but otherwise, I really don't have much say on the Showa end of things beyond knowing a couple plot points and seeing their designs.

So I guess I just have to say Heisei by simple virtue of actually having watched more than one show and 2 movies.
Solid choreography that's only improved in the years and a willingness to tell more engrossing story lines that extend farther than kid of the week is in danger from monster of the week.

I will say though, some of the things the Showa riders go through, especially concerning their origins, makes it clear that they have it rough. You do not want to be a Showa rider
