Well, Kanzaki already warned everyone not to go to Tokyo but Hiraku though... And yeah Buuro definitely reminds me of Badjisu with killing people from above and flying to be hard to track. Oh wait, this 2 parter like you said above is practically a remake of ep. 7-8. So do Grongis purposely send the weaker member first until they're wiped out to send the stronger tribes?

Why he's pained like that though? Tsubaki explained that it was about overloading the nerves for the senses, but does Kuuga need to overexert himself to sense Buuro? Well, the police did say that they cannot detect Buuro normally so does that also apply to Kuuga Rising Pegasus to overexert and detect Buuro? Also yeah this is the first time, Kuuga's main weakness is shown, his attacks, which leave stamps, only works on the spot of the body with the stamps, you can remove a part of your body with the stamps to prevent being affected by the attack. Kuuga should always aim for the main body part like head or torso... oh but he's struggling this time so yeah...

Did Hiraku become... (I admit, not really a serious question) homeless after his grandma died? Or all his family lives there (and if it's turned into parking lot, they moved?). Oh the toxic positivity mentality, where it's thought that feelings don't matter (and only weigh you down) and it's easy and necessary to let go of them. The worse one even sees those who are unable to do so as mentally weak. It seems that Minori has a slight advantage to Kanzaki, that she teaches the kids from their roots (kindergarten), that she knows how a child is like before world ruins them. If a problem is never resolved like by sulking they'll grow cold. And usually from what I hear, parents are obliged to be starn to the kids, but Minori thinks otherwise here (but it also has a risk of spoiling the child).

I wonder why Yusuke left house though... he doesn't seem to be that kind of child judging from his adult self. Yusuke was copying Kanzaki's words and teachings though.
