Kuuga.
A show with unrelenting praise ended up just being your bog standard KR mystery. I honestly feel I wouldn't have been as let down by Kuuga if anyone was willing to speak ill of it, but as it stood, I felt it was just an average show that had a hard time holding my interest.
Hell, to this day, I still don't understand why people talk so highly of N-Daguva-Zeba when Go-Gadoru-Ba existed.

If this was a year or two back, I probably would've said Kabuto. A show with such gorgeous designs wasted on such a horrible story with annoying characters. However, upon my rewatch, something clicked with me. I think a combination of knowing it's biggest faults along with me seeing that Tendou was supposed to be a flat character for Kagami to grow really helped me "Get" Kabuto, so to speak. It's far from a good series, but I've come to appreciate it.
