No. The crossover movie is always primarily focused on the new rider. If the summer movie does get cancelled, its story will be a novel or a V-cinema.

That could change if the state of emergency is ongoing, since the movies usually film around spring. Plus they would prioritize focusing on the tv show to try and get back on schedule. The V-Cinemas are more geared towards the other riders more than the main one.
