This is a really good point! Titan Form tends not to do much in the way of swordplay, and by that point in the episode, Jaraji is barely fighting back. Yuusuke could've easily done the usual single stab routine, but slicing him up half a dozen times, yeah, that absolutely emphasizes how much anger is behind each swing. It's sort of, wasteful, I guess, in a way that shows just how not himself Yuusuke is in that moment.
