Oh, absolutely. I'm saying that the Summer Movie isn't cancelled right now. It could easily be cancelled later.
I also fail to see your point with the second thing. You're saying that, so far, all Kamen Rider V-Cinemas have focused on other riders from the show rather than the main one (which is fair, it's true)...but as I, and others, have already told you, the same is true of the winter crossover movie. It focuses primarily on the new Rider, and is usually even written by their writer as well. This year's winter movie will focus primarily on Zero-One's successor, regardless of whether or not Zero-One's summer movie is cancelled.
If it is cancelled, it will either be released as an 'extra' V-cinema, it's story will be incorporated into Zero-One's Heisei Rider Novel, or it just won't get told.
