I think with the way SO-DO is going, I might be dropping collecting them in favor of the Figurise. Mostly because I'm not confident they'll complete all 20 Heisei riders, but also because their availability makes them really prohibitive. I think SHODO-X will probably get all 20 first if at all?

A single SO-DO figure of two boxes for one figure can run you almost $20 after importing (less if you're willing to buy the whole wave obviously, but I hate doing that!) Meanwhile Figurerise kits can eventually be found for around $30 on Amazon US.

I liked SO-DO a lot because they are small and sometimes the only way to get a figure for certain suits (like Ichigata!), but a lot of the throwback obscure stuff (like New Den-O) is becoming B-Pandai anway.

Even though I paint and detail my SO-DO, it's very unfortunate to see Kuuga have such a shoddy paint application.
