Zyu didn't have a Movie and was before the standard crossover. However, there is the 10 minute special, Super Sentai World, which is a short from the time of Kakuranger and features 5 Sentai. Actor who played Burai is one of two random civilians.

There is also a weird Dino Video which acts almost like a "Break The 4th Wall" bookend involving a talking puppet! I only bothered to see it once.

TyrannoRanger Geki has a significant guest role in Kyoryuger VS. Go-Busters, which was the high mark of an All-Dino Sentai crossover and made before Ryusoulger. The other Zyuranger have voice-over cameos only. Burai is not mentioned.

The actor who played Geki also has a starring role in Kamen Rider J as the protagonist. J was one of the few Rider entries of the '90s and is basically just a movie. No Zyuranger references other than same actor, but still.
