Like, the only one that looks unmistakedly like a knight is Gaisorg. I remember when the Ryusoulger's designs were first revealed I was extremely disappointed in how completely un-knight like they looked. I grew to like the designs on their own terms but there's nothing about them that really truly screams 'knight' and any adaption could very easily make it about something else. After all, Beast Morphers isn't about spies; Ninja Steel wasn't about a family; and goddamn Super Megaforce somehow forgot that they looked like pirates. Frankly, uh... a little problem with Power Rangers these days is that it doesn't really tend to be about anything.


And especially with the name 'Dino Fury', I'll start believing this season is about knights and chivalry when I see it.

Aaaaaaand that is the major problem with Power Rangers nowadays. They're generic. Samurai was the last one where it leaned heavily on the theme, and that's because it' s a Shinkenger remake. Ninja Steel did feature ninja theme but it was bare bones, especially compared to Ninja Storm.
