My all time favorite Toku toy will always be the SHF Armored Black Ranger.

The figure itself, while not bad, is definitely dated at this point, and even back when it was released it had issues like certain joints being way too stiff.

But here's the thing; It's the action figure that got me into toy collecting. I never really cared for toys until Bluefin posted promo pics of it all those years ago. And man did they make it look awesome.

Sure, the Lightning Collection version does fill its $20 price point better than the SHF's' $70, but I don't think I'll ever replace this thing. Even if I don't display it, I'm definitely keeping it locked away in a safe spot for as long as possible. I owe this thing that much, atleast.
