Being able to lay out my policy on that upfront frees me up to go more in-depth and frees anyone reading the thread from having a major revelation dropped on them out of context because "everyone knows that." This point holds extra weight for Die's threads specifically, because having that controlled environment protects him from spoilers too.

But at the end of the day, it really does come down to "Why not?" This is a really nice forum. In my experience, threads around here don't get policed for "significance" that often.

I'm pretty sure we had pinned *Insert series* rewatch threads before you joined, but they just fell by the wayside probably do to lack of interest.
