I haven't tried that since I'm not super knowledgable about Figuarts and... admittedly, am a little scared I'll break this dude.

I'll try to explain it a bit better. The shoulder cuff with dictates some of the arm's movements is held in place by a small peg, it looks like. However, on my figure, that peg is completely loose, which means the shoulder cuff can go just about anywhere except where it's supposed to sit. After looking at the other shoulder, I believe this peg clicks in place at the bottom of the torso hole, but I haven't figured out a way to get the peg back in where it's supposed to be.
