. It's got stuff in it that you may just have reached your fill on, temporarily.
Sometimes this stuff... I don't know if we're meant to enjoy it forever? Sometimes we enjoy something for a few years, and that's as much of it as we'll ever want, and that's it. Filled tank. We never know how big that tank is. Could be something that's as big as an ocean, could be as big as a swimming pool. It fills up, though.
(This is a very Superhero Comics problem. It's kids' entertainment. It's designed for a kid to watch two or three years worth, and then grow out of it, to be replaced by new kids. The idea of adults sticking with a franchise for five, ten, twenty years... it wasn't designed for that kind of scrutiny! Asking something that was designed to turn over its audience every few years to be fresh and vital for
decades
... that's not fair? I don't know. I see it with folks who can't figure out why they're burned out on Batman comics after reading Batman for 25 years and I just want to say, "You definitely are not meant to read Batman for 25 years.")
The good news is, it'll evaporate over time. Maybe don't force yourself to be into something that isn't clicking with you? Like, if you're having fun with Ultraman, just watch Ultraman for a while! Don't make watching Kamen Rider into work. In a little while you might not feel like Ultraman is that fresh, and hey, guess what? There's a bunch of Kamen Rider shows for you to catch up on.
Oh... that actually makes a lot of sense, I'll take up Sentai and Ultraman (and some other toku like metal/rescue heroes) )
Edit: Also that one show that's like Ryuki but not
