Same. I've watched the original and Ultra7, some "middle generations" like Tiga and Gaia, and some newer ones like Ultra7X, Orb, ...was X an Ultra, Ultraman X? where he wore monster armor? If so I watched that one too. There's been a few others, and the netflix anime as well. I've liked them all to varying degrees, but none of them "scratch the itch" that something like Kamen Rider or Garo does. I always enjoy Ultra series while I watch them but I'm never sad they are over. Like I'm going to be legit upset when Zero-One ends.

Having said that, I'd be more down for a James Gunn Ultra adaptation than one for Rider. I already love Kamen Rider, but I'd be interested to see Ultraman through Gunn's lens.
