From what I've been seeing appear online apparently it's like, the entirety of the characters from W and OOO being recast. Apparently to make things less awkward. And you know that makes a lot of sense.

Cause let's be real, we could definitely get Renn Kiriyama to reprise his role as Shotaro, but we'd probably be stuck with a Recast Philip sound-alike and it would just be awkward. So the idea of recasting those two series makes a lot of sense.

And the reason 01 and Aruto remained the same is likely because if they included any of the other cast members in it, they could easily get them since they're probably under contract to do stuff like that. If that makes any sense.
