But I will say this, and I know it might sound harsh, so I apologize in advance, but the first step with recovery does start with you.

And not only that, but the path to recovery is long and arduous. Like, we're talking super long and very mentally taxing. But regardless of that, the fact that you keep living on, and the fact you keep crying out for help shows you want to keep going.

Even if it's something other people would find small and stupid, if it keeps you going, it must be worth something. And in the end, you are the only one who can make yourself continue down the road.

So please, for your own sake, keeping fighting on, reach out to whatever support channels you can, get a new therapist, and try to prepare yourself for a long journey ahead. I can tell you from experience that by the end, you'll be so happy you did. Your mental health is important, not for anyone else's' sake, but first and foremost for your own well being. I'm sorry if any of this came off as an attack, and I hope you get what I'm trying to say despite me being absolutely horrible with words.
