Got the subs, not much to say but I still really enjoyed this episode. Zero-Two seems to be right by my assumption of it being the true Successor to Shining Hopper as it is Shining Hopper on crack.

Not so much less than a second decisions that help you outmaneuver the opponents and more so just actually out-predicting decisions based on what was going on.

Also I'm inclined to go along with the more whimsical aspects here because literally, MBJR created Ark-Zero by creating a data key that fell into a bunch of wires that then decided to spit out a symbiote entity that can just take the shape of a Driver and fly around and stuff.
