Oh, and this is just more pointless trivia, but those sodas Kenzaki was framed for stealing were specifically Oronamin C, an extremely popular brand that Kamen Rider has a history of doing tie-in ads for (as well as occasional product placement, natch) that continues to this day, and goes all the way back to... well, Blade, funnily enough. I couldn't actually find the Blade ad for the life of me, so please make due with the one for Ex-Aid instead.

Anytime you feel like you aren't writing enough about an episode of Kamen Rider, just think back to when you had to immediately change your gimmick for the thread on that show because it was holding you back from having enough paragraphs. To be fair to you, that prop absolutely looks some cheap thing that either a prop team in the 70's or a crazed vigilante in 2004 would be able to slap together on no budget.

To be fair to the Showa era, I have no idea what more that box needs to do than A) exist, and B) have a single button, both features it's completely nailing.
