Everybody - and I mean everybody - needs to take care of themselves. 2020 is a heavy weight, and everyone needs to keep up on their mental, emotional, and physical health.

Physically, follow the science. Masks, social distancing, hand-washing, limit trips outside your house. Folks are likely to disregard public health guidelines for selfish reasons, so you've got to look out for yourself.

Emotionally, value yourself. Don't put too much importance in other people's views of you. It's important to be there for your friends, but realize when they aren't being there for you.

Mentally, be on the lookout for negative thoughts. Reach out when things get too tough, but make sure you know when things are too tough.

Just... I worry about you all. Be safe, in every single way you can be safe. I want to see all of you on these boards in 2021, happy and healthy.
