At best only main villains, maybe a few notable MOTWs and a couple MMPR designs would ever have a chance. There's just no sense in doing unique molds of and filling waves with the likes of pumpkin rapper and drilltron.

well thats true. Then the villains need to focus on main villains and general type characters. Rito, the Master Vile, Scorpina, Divatox, etc
