At worst their blogs where they post the links could be taken down. Or the platforms were they publish the torrents. That is if these new copyright laws even really target Toku, seems more like it’s an anime/manga thing.

I know the law would apply to it regardless, but I feel like there would need to be a serious intent behind hunting down websites that spread toku as opposed to anime and I don’t see that happening.

The Japanese industry isn’t really loosing much money, if not none, from the few percent of people around the globe watching Kamen Rider or Super Sentai. Anime and manga is a whole different dimension, money-wise.
