While I'm not 100% certain on this, it's likely those songs are in the normal game, if the Super Robot Wars series is anything to go by.

See, remixes and instrumentals cost alot less than just straight up licensing the songs themselves, which is why SRW has remixes in all of its games, and they themselves have sold "Premium Editions" with the original songs intact.

So the Premium version of Memory of Heroes will likely just outright include the original vocal songs used in the shows.
