Yeah, I’m not to familiar with this line of monsters either, but here’s what I can gather.

The original, Grigio Bone, was meant as an assistant to the original Rosso and Blu from O-50. After they died, the monster crystal ended up in the hands of Aizen Corp, who evolved it into Grigio King and Grigio Regina (where Raiden fits into that evolution, I don’t know). Eventually, the new Rosso and Blu’s sister got her hands on the Regina Crystal and used it to evolve the power into Ultrawoman Grigio (note: despite being spelt the same in English, the monster is pronounced “gru-geo”, while the Ultra is “gree-joe”.
