[Kiwami]

The thing about Mei is that the initial setup of a character that is so curious and easily fascinated that it passes as bravery isn't even half-bad. In the first episode she was fine really.

It started going downhill fast though with that ludicrous stunt of her crashing the bicycle into the other world portal on purpose only to play damsel in distress later or how she goes outside with a kid this time only to turn her back on him immediately, leaving him alone for no real reason. All that combined with that super fake hyperactive acting and the character is already kinda done for me.

I'm trying to stay optimistic but so far it isn’t paying off with this show.
