Considering Dino Fury hasn't started filiming yet (so yeah, they used Koh to show off the Dino Keys) and this was all a big debut done at a Hasbro event (not a PR specific one) so they're operating on a deadline, maybe they either didn't have the Toei footage *yet*, or the specific team put in charge of making a trailer for this event didn't. Idk how much access marketing has to stuff like that, whether or not they get the raw footage or the Power Rangers version (presumably to stop stuff like Koh getting in there) once that's all done. Given we get this every reveal, I'm almost inclined to believe the latter.

Although, weirdly, the first result I can find on YouTube for that shot has Over-Time subs attached, not TVNihon, so who knows? And yeah, both TvN and Overtime have mkvs so you can turn subs off, which is what makes me think this was sourced not from the sites themself.
