I really think that's overselling it? It appeared with it's eyes red for all of maybe a second, immediately after transforming and never again. Everything it did from that point on, all the menace it carried and freaky swarm attacks, was while looking as it always does, with it's yellow eyes. I think a lot of people probably forgot it ever appeared with red eyes after only one episode too.

It is a pretty barebones release though, but sadly standard rider figuarts release though. I'm not surprised in the slightest that you need to have bought Vulcan in order to have it's combined weapon...
