It is a pretty barebones release though, but sadly standard rider figuarts release though. I'm not surprised in the slightest that you need to have bought Vulcan in order to have it's combined weapon...

Even if it didn’t appear for long, it’s still incredibly prominent in its scenes and these figures are at least supposed to pretend to be comprehensive. I’m just glad Rampage Gatling doesn’t have anything he needs to come with when non-seihou SHF sucks this bad right now.
