Honestly I think DC is open for crossovers, it's Marvel that's tricky due to being owned by Disney. I mean Power Rangers had a crossover with Justice League!

You're not wrong about DC being more willing to do crossovers, but it's usually with smaller publishers than them. A Marvel one, for all of the creator interest, would probably be difficult to get higher-ups to sign off on.

It's mostly about public perception, and who has the most to gain. Disney probably doesn't feel like a DC crossover would do much for their brand, what with them being the more dominant company when it comes to superheroes.
