I may be weird here, but tbh, I don't think new visuals when it comes to an Opening being new, I mean like an actual New Song and not a remix.

Otherwise its just a remix with new visuals. You could really say the same and say that this video isn't complete because later Rider Openings with new footage and visuals aren't in either. Thus why I only count Blade and Hibiki's second OP's.
