Finished Dairanger, mixed feelings about the “plot twist” with the Gorma Emperor and the trio all being mud dolls including Shadam. (Is Kou half mud doll? Did the real Shadam father Kou and Akomaru 10 year prior and then died?) but otherwise fantastic series, much better than Zyuranger and I enjoyed Zyuranger!

One thing that bothered me is the implication that Kou and Rin got married. Kou having a little kid crush on Rin because she reminded him of his mom? Adorable. Rin marrying the kid she basically raised as a son? Ewww gross. Granted they never came out and said it but she was asked about him in the epilogue. Hopefully it’s more like a parent being asked about a child than a wife being asked about her husband.
