That's usually how it goes with Tamashii, so I’d say yes.

However, they mention on the voting page that prices will be disclosed after the fact, which I think means they will be raised. Not so much on recent figures of the last 2 years but the ones that are older, simply because it might not be financially feasible anymore to sell them at their original price points of 3000-4000 Yen.
