So having said all that, is there a better form of his two to use against Kazari? Should I use the armor breaking special item, or the one that gives more HP? Is there a particular move of OOO that is more useful against Kazari compared to another?

Any help would be appreciated.

In addition to dodging, pay attention to timing and watch his motions before he lets off his attacks so you know what he's going to do next.
I spent a lot of time dancing around the edges of the arena.
His tornados last about 5 seconds and progress outward. Id keep back until I could make it through those to hit him a few times then back away again, repeat. Execute counters whenever you can. I am pretty sure I used the armor atk buff too.

That Kazari fight really is a pain in the butt, BUT you'll feel like a champ once it's over!
