Yeah, the Turtles were a part of Infestation. I haven't gotten across to it either, but I get the feeling that maybe they didn't interact with each other. It's just an event which spanned multiple franchises as if to make an over-arching epic.

It could be modified to serve as a means of incorporating Transformers and Rangers together. Whether Toei and TakaraTomy would do the same for Sentai and Transformers is another matter, but it would be nice if they monitored such things closely and used it for inspiration if nothing else. The Jungle Fury Spirit Rangers seemed to impress upon someone to include the Kyoryuger Spirit Rangers.
