Kamen Rider Brain was an online special with a budget far, far less than a full TV series. Repainting an old prop is very different to repainting and/or retooling an older you and reselling it years later. They’ve never, ever done that, but they repaint props all the time - like the RioTrooper’s weapon, for instance.
