A while back they showed off a render of how Decade's helmet works. The "barcode lines" (or however you want to term the vertical lines) are individual plastic pieces that slot into the head, and the lenses lock on top of. Doesn't seem like any of the black on his head is going to be a sticker!

SECOND EDIT:...and now I'm realizing that you probably meant "how are the reflective stickers behind the lenses going to work with Decade's black plastic breaking them up", so none of what I'm saying is either informative or relevant, so I'm just going to stop talking now.
