Because it is in fact, way way too soon. No one remembers Ghost? All those power ups and they were quickly retired for the next one up. I know it's a troupe of the Rider series, but I feel like since Zi-O we've just gotten worse and worse. Or perhaps it's me watching too many older Showa era Rider shows.

I'm going to just sit and enjoy it for what it's worth, but kind of like Kiramager I'm just not fully into this one like I was with Zero-One.

The thing this is most comparable to is Ex-Aid's Dangerous Zombie... I'm not even sure I get the Ghost comparison specifically since if anything it's the modern Rider show that tried its best to keep its gimmick items (the Damashii) relevant even very late into the run, with each historical figure associated with those early gimmick items getting focus episodes into the 30s. Compared to how many times we saw Mango Arms, Jet Combat or OctopusLight again.
