RPM I get it, The Cast and Story are really cool, but the Suits and Zords look stupid to me.

We~ll Go-onger was not a post-apocalyptic sci-fi show like RPM so there was that setback. And there is no way they are gonna re-design the zords.
But the suits are well-designed I think. The belt and harness are obviously inspired by seatbelts in racecars(a really nice aesthetic choice), the logo format is nice and well-placed on the suits, the tires on the glove and boots are another great example of matching the aesthetics, as well as the dashed lines on the side of the arms.
