Yeah, but that's also not unique to RPM, ya know? Heck, my second favorite season, SPD, is also like that. Being a great balance between a cop drama and alot of inherent goofiness the genre is known for.

Note: I also like RPM, but I do agree with some others that it's a bit overrated.

Personally I liked the second season more. I absolutely loathed Sledge and I especially dislike Poisandra. Heckyl and Snide were alot more appealing to me. Seriously, is Poisoandra really so popular that they feel the need to keep bringing her back every season?

I do agree that the ending was dumb though.
